Hello and welcome!
My name is Teresa, and I am leveraging my graphic design and teaching background to join the UX and UI field. ✨ My journey began with learning front-end developer courses online that led me to visual design and eventually to UX design. I instantly felt a connection to solving problems creatively and more surprising to me was the connection I felt toward understanding real people through the research and testing process. Truly feels magical! Some of my previous work settings are in classrooms as well as in a sign shop, where I gained a deeper sense of empathy, executed the print design process from start to finish, and collaborated with a team.
When I am not working as a product designer...
I enjoy going on walks, taking photos on those walks, and making those photos into paintings. Needless to say, I admire the beauty of animals 🦋 and nature in general. 🌻 I believe that if it weren't for my artistic side, I would not have the same intrigue I do about creatively solving problems.
